5. Take a Test Drive
You can do all the research you want online, but what it all comes down to is how the car feels when you’re behind the wheel. As you take the car out for a drive, note how the car responds, the control layout, the visibility, wheel adjustment, the seat height etc. All of these will come into play, so take your time.
Don’t just drive it for five minute: drive for half an hour, taking it to the freeway, do a stop and go, the usual stuff you’ll be doing with the car. And if the dealer won’t allow you to drive the vehicle around for half an hour, look elsewhere as there are others dealers that are all too happy to let you.
